I need a refund ASAP

I just puchased version 1.5.5 and while it easily and quickly transferred a 3 minute video from my iPhone 5 to Ipad 3, it would not transfer 3 other videos, ranging in length from 19 minutes to 25 minutes. I tried sending each one individually (over wifi) and all 3 together but the program on the iPhone 5 just crashed each time. I also tried sending via bluetooth but it just sat there with no progress. I gave up after 10 minutes. This would seem to be a bug that needs to be fixed. Until it is, I cannot recommend this program. I remembered that I had the Photosync app. Tried that and it worked flawlessly. Wish I had remembered that before buying this app!!

Cant transfer videos from dropbox to video files on ipad. Not worth even one star. More like a no star.

I wanted to move videos from my iPhone to my iPad so I could use iMovie. This app does the job beautifully, and its a fairly intuitive interface. Works well between iPhone and PC as well. Ive only used Wifi, but transfers are fairly fast. Note: my videos were only a few minutes long.

I installed the app at 8:15am. Without instruction I chose Bluetooth over wiFi, linked the app to my Dropbox, selected 16 pictures from my camera roll, and uploaded them. Finished at 8:25am. Perfect.

This solved a hair-pulling problem for me of getting some photos from an album on the IPad onto another device, quickly, and incredibly simply. I recommend this app highly!

Very easy to use. Transfers are fast. Picked up the slack where Apple fails in allowing easy access to get your photos from your iPhone to the PC. Excellent app. Already have suggested it to two other friends who are now using it too. +++

Fast app and useful

Very happy with this app. I was so worried that I could never get the photos that were stuck on my iPhone and iPad onto my computer. This app really saved the day.

I really didnt get what I was hoping for. My photo files were to large and the program did not work via google chrome.

This app, EasyTransfer, was a lifesaver as my computer had been stolen and the only way to retrieve from that photo Library was found in EasyTransfer. The actual transfer is aptly named, easy. However the instructions or the process probably could use some refinement. It appears as if there is a limitation on the file size, in my case, photographs to be transferred at any given time, although I did not see a help listing on this particular issue. The app is a high recommendation from this user, thank you. !
